I’ve come to know about Transcend Adventures through my friends in the running community in Pune. Once they told me about their overall experience in climbing with Transcend Adventures, I signed up for my climb of Mt.Everest, which I summitted in 2016. Mr.Shekhar Babu and his team at Transcend Adventures, did not only meet, but also exceeded ALL my expectations. My first concern was the safety of the climb itself. Their entire team ensured that everything was done without cutting any corners: Extra ropes, oxygen cylinders, regulators, etc were always on a standby. Only a handful of operators in the world have such large capability to withstand any emergency. I’m more than glad to have done my climb of Mt.Everest with Transcend Adventures.

I have climbed the peak from the North Side (Tibet) and the kind of arrangements they have done for us was just unbelievable. One word: Hospitality at the base camp! In my climbing career, I’ve had the opportunity to try out many expedition operators. But none have come even close to what Transcend Adventures does in the hospitality department. They have the most well-organized base camp especially for Indians, who come from many diverse cultures. During the climb, their attention to detail at every camp: Food, emergency medicine, Oxygen cylinders, ropes, etc. is just meticulous.
